The extraordinary.si website is an online store with selected products: Closed, Veja, Ecoalf, Sisi, Viva’s, Lili and Roza books. And some more products from the ©Extraordinary store.

S spletno trgovino extraordinary.si upravlja podjetje ©XO7 d.o.o., ki tudi določa splošne in ostale pogoje poslovanja in odgovarja za objavljene vsebine in izvedbo naročil skladno z objavljenimi pogoji.

 V ©Extraordinary omogočamo naslednje načine plačila:

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal Payment

  • payment by credit cards (via Stripe)

  • payment by transfer to the provider's transaction account (according to the offer / proforma invoice - the payment deadline is 7 days from the day of the order. If the payment is not made within the deadline, the order is canceled and the products are returned for sale). If you want to choose this type of payment, write to us at info@extraordinary.si, and we'll prepare the invoice for you. 

The products available in the extraordinary.si online store will be delivered by GLS or another suitable delivery service.

In the online store we allow you to choose between two methods of delivery:

  • personal collection in the Extraordinary store, Novi trg 6, Ljubljana - by arrangement

  • delivery with GLS delivery service, Price for delivery in Slovenia is 5 euros and for abroad 15 euros.

During special circumstances, such as coronavirus, delivery times may be delayed by a day more than usual due to increased workload.

We deliver products available in the online store extraordinary.si worldwide. This can lead to possible customs costs for which the buyer is responsible. 

The listed prices in the online store are irrevocable and are only valid when ordering online, so some products may have a price discrepancy between the prices in the online store and the ©Extraordinary store. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods under the above conditions. All prices include DDV, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of the withdrawal from the contract within 15 days of receipt of the goods without having to state the reason for his decision to the contact e-mail address: info@extraordinary.siThe return of the received goods to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The consumer must then return the goods to the company no later than 30 days after the written notice of withdrawal from the purchase, covering the direct costs of return. The consumer returns the goods to the address: ©XO7 d. o. o., Extraordinary Ljubljana, Novi trg 6, 1000 Slovenia. Returned products must be undamaged. A copy of the order or invoice must be attached.

Upon receipt of the goods, the provider shall, in accordance with the law, return all payments made to the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving notice of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not accept redemption shipments.

©XO7 d.o.o. will constantly ensure all the information published is correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, ©XO7 d.o.o. will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.

©XO7 d.o.o. will confirm within five working days whether it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it, and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.
